Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Handling

Materials are supplied as lyophilized powder in sealed, desiccated vials and are packed to protect against damage in transit. Shipments are not temperature-controlled. They are not shipped on ice or refrigerated, and travel at ambient temperature.

Tracking

A tracking reference is provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery, title and risk

Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.

Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.
