Refunds & returns

Research materials cannot be returned once opened
Because we cannot verify the storage, handling or integrity of a material once it has left our control, we do not accept returns of opened or used product. This protects every subsequent customer and is standard for research supply.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is short, contact us at [[SUPPORT EMAIL]] within [[CLAIM WINDOW]] of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents.
How claims are resolved
Accepted claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be canceled.
Not covered
We cannot accept claims arising from use of a material outside a laboratory research context, from storage or handling after delivery, or from a material being unsuitable for a purpose it was not supplied for.
