What does "research use only" mean?

These materials are supplied for laboratory research. They are not drugs or supplements, they are not for human or veterinary consumption, and we cannot advise on any such use.

Why do I need an account to see prices?

The compound list is open — you can see exactly what we supply, in what doses, before you register. Pricing and ordering are restricted to registered accounts that have made a research-use declaration. This is a condition of how we supply, not a marketing gate.

Do you publish certificates of analysis?

Yes. Where a lot has been tested, its certificate is published and linked from the product. Certificates are issued by a third-party laboratory and report results for that specific lot.

What form are the materials supplied in?

Lyophilized powder in a sealed, desiccated vial, unless the product page states otherwise.

How should materials be stored?

Storage conditions for each lot are stated on its certificate of analysis. Purchasers are responsible for storage and handling in line with their own institutional requirements.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at present. We ship within the United States only.

Are shipments temperature-controlled?

No. Materials are supplied as sealed, desiccated lyophilized powder and travel at ambient temperature.

Can I return an order?

Opened or used product cannot be returned. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied orders are covered by our refunds and returns policy.
